The DMS Software prepares the memory card for booting the OptiReader™ device prior to an image collection session, and retrieves the images from the card after the image collection session is complete. We can easily customize the software to meet each customer's needs, even including the placement of the customer's logo into the software.
Using the DMS Software, the customer can define the fields for which the device will prompt the operator when each image is collected. These customizable fields include information such as tag identification numbers, program treatment information, breed composition, etc. The customer can also define information that automatically (without prompting by the device) becomes part of each image record. For example, the operator's name, contact information and contract identification number.
Because different customers have different requirements, the DMS Software is designed with flexibility in mind. Written in Java, it comes delivered to the customer as a native application in Windows 98/ME, Windows 2000, and Windows NT.
